Transport Policy - Sai Angels International School

Safety and Supervision

All school buses are operated by experienced drivers and trained support staff.
Each bus is equipped with first-aid kits and follows all safety regulations as per government norms.
Attendance is recorded daily to ensure all students are accounted for during transit.

Route Planning

Bus routes are planned based on the concentration of students in different areas to ensure minimal travel time.
Stops are fixed and communicated in advance; requests for changes are subject to feasibility and approval by the Transport Coordinator.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline and follow the instructions of the bus staff at all times.
Bullying, loud behavior, or any form of misconduct will be addressed strictly.
Parents are advised to drop off and pick up children at designated bus stops on time.

Fees and Payment

Transport fees are charged separately and must be paid in advance as per the school’s fee schedule.
No partial or one-way transport fee reductions are permitted.

Emergencies and Communication

In case of delays, breakdowns, or emergencies, parents will be notified promptly through the school communication system.
Any concerns or issues regarding transport should be reported to the school’s Transport Coordinator.

Opt-In Policy

Transport service is optional. Parents who choose to use private transport must ensure it meets all safety guidelines.
A written request is required to opt-in or discontinue school transport services.
